Jenny Downham
Jenny Downham (born 1964) was an actress for many years before concentrating on her writing full-time. She lives in London with her two sons.
Her book Before I Die was critically acclaimed and was short listed for the 2007 Guardian Award and the 2008 Lancashire Children's Book of the Year, nominated for the 2008 Carnegie Medal and the 2008 Booktrust Teenage Prize, and won the 2008 Branford Boase Award.

Reporthi jenny im livy and i just wanted 2 say i love your book "Before I Die" its amazing and i couldent stop crying its so sad. i was just wondering if she dies because its just ends with "The sound of a bird flying low across the the garden. Then nothing.Nothing.A cloud passes. Nothing again. Light falls through the window, falls onto me, into me. Moments. All gathering towards this one." but im shore you know how its ends and it dosent really tell u if she just died or if something happened. but if its not to much of ur time could you please reply.
