Paul Robert Walker is a former teacher, journalist, and rock musician who lives in Escondido, CA. He has written more than 20 books and has been honored by the National Council for Social Studies, the Children's Book Council, and Storytelling World.

John Doerner is the Chief Historian at the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument.
