2011 Inky Awards Long List Announced

Gayle Forman, author of WHERE SHE WENT, J.C. Burke (author of the compelling PIG BOY) and Michelle Cooper (THE FITZOSBORNES IN EXILE: THE MONTMARAY JOURNALS 2 are amongst the authors to be included in this year’s Inky Awards long list.

Gayle Forman’s latest novel, WHERE SHE WENT, the stunning sequel to the bestselling IF I STAY have been included in the SILVER INKY LONG LIST, while Michelle Cooper and J.C. Burke are included in the GOLD INKY LONG LIST, celebrating Australian books.

The Inkys are an international award for teenage literature as voted online by the readers of insideadog.com.au.  

Congratulations to all the long listed authors. The Inky Awards short list will be announced 1 September and readers can vote for their favourite books until 18 October.
