Adam Liaw wins MasterChef 2!

Last night, Australia held its breath as 31 year-old South Australian lawyer Adam Liaw took home the Masterchef Australia title.

Liaw’s described the vision for his cookbook “Two Asian Kitchens” as an exploration of both traditional and modern Asian culinary styles. His cookbook will be published by Random House Australia.
