The beauty regime of a porn star.

I attended the first ever Sexpo Gala dinner and Erotic Film Festival last night, a lot of fun, some great entertainment and I got to speak about one of my favourite topics, Freedom of Speech and Censorship in Australia. I think people were shocked at my political statements and statistics, since of course the stereotype of porn stars is, to put it nicely, that we’re ‘not the sharpest tools in the shed’.

Up early this morning to do a phone interview for Nova in Adelaide. Generally my morning routine consists of, shower, exfoliate and shave in all the right places! I also like to keep my skin soft and smooth by moisturizing my whole body. I use facial products from a well known plastic surgeon in LA, Dr Mark Youssef, ‘Younique’. The products contain glycolic acid for night time, and vitamin C, anti-oxidants and sunscreen for day. Anything to stop the aging process! And thankfully, I have not yet turned to Juvaderm or botox! The trick is lots of water, sleep, exercise and eating healthily! And of course, no smoking.

My breakfast usually consists of either egg whites and toast or porridge and a freshly squeezed juice. Unfortunately I haven’t had time to hit the gym, but will get back into it tomorrow morning when I actually have some free time.

I had my first appearance at Sexpo today, signing my books in the ClubX booth. I’ll be back signing in a couple of hours; right now I’m just having a little break for lunch, blogging and emails. There are a lot of great stalls at Sexpo, I’m sure it will be a huge weekend!
