Vintage Classics Launch New Children's Series

We've got some very exciting news! Vintage Classics has announced the launch of a new collection – Vintage Children's Classics – aimed at and shaped by 8 to 12 year olds and the adults in their lives. It will be a beautiful and affordable series of books intended to inspire and nurture a life-long love of reading.

A launch-list of twenty-one books will be published in August 2012 and feature perennial favourites, alongside much-loved contemporary classics and beloved Australian tales. 

Of the collection, Laura Hassan, Vintage Classics Editorial Director, says: 'These are the books that made us fall in love with reading and it has been a complete joy for the whole Vintage Classics team to revisit these stories... we're proud to launch a series that has timeless appeal, colourful character-driven cover images, engaging child friendly copy (the back covers are works of art!), and beautiful illustrations and maps throughout.'
