Then Ramon Mendez walks into her office.
Ramon is about to commence his PhD, a work on erotic literature, and from the outset there is something about him that makes Grace's blood run hot.
Aware of the need to maintain her professional reputation, she rejects his subtle advances, but he persists. And during their intimate supervision sessions, her defences start to crumble.
For Ramon's ‘work' is to expose desires within Grace she never knew existed…

ReportBreaking the Rules is the first in a untitled series by Katie Belle featuring Ramon Mendez, a handsome guy in his early thirties ,who is using his looks to help women and change their lives one woman at a time. In the first book his target is Grace, who is happy where she is until he turns her world upside down. Grace was engaged to be married but broke it off as they weren’t working towards the same places as she wanted to focus on her career. Now in her mid forties, she has her work as an Associate Professor of Science and her colleague/friend Andrew. Grace and Andrew have an easy going relationship, they have drinks every Friday and they pretty much know everything about each other’s lives. Andrew never married either so they seek companionship in each other but that is about to be tested and things may change, all because Andrew, in his role as coordinator, has placed Ramon with Grace. Ramon is her new student and he has been assigned to Grace because her colleague Harry does not have any room for another student and because of his topic: ‘Temporary female eroticism and sexuality’. This topic makes her suspicious and you have to concur—what man in his right mind would choose to study this? You would conclude someone doing so is a pervert.
